This year's Quality assurance (QA) event will be held on Wednesday 13 August.
Streamwatch groups are invited to put their water monitoring skills to the test by analysing mystery water samples. The QA event is a great opportunity to discover how Streamwatch results compare to other groups as well as to accredited professional water testing laboratories.
Quality assurance aims to give credibility to Streamwatch data. This means environmental managers at Sydney Water, the Sydney Catchment Authority, local councils and other stakeholders can be confident in the accuracy and reliability of our data.
